Near East University
Near East University was opened in Nicosia in 1988.
The language of study in this university is Turkish and English. This university has been established in a vast environment and in the form of an advanced academic complex and at the same time it is developing, it has high schools, institutes, laboratories, operational workshops, cultural centers and well-equipped libraries, various dormitories, outdoor and indoor sports environments and Olympic swimming pools, and other recreational and educational facilities and other sports facilities. Near East University, in addition to the mentioned facilities, there is also a well-equipped research and research center that is known globally and has close cooperation with technical, engineering and medical research centers of European and American universities and institutions.
